Meet Our Team

Lalaina is the Country Manager for our office in Madagascar. She has end to end responsibility for running the day to day affairs of the company. Lalaina is our go to person vis a vis the regulators, partners, and clients. She has in depth knowledge of Malagasy Market and our product offering. Prior to joining GoTech Lalaina began her career in Finance working for USAID for five years. Having also been a commercial prior to joining the world of Finance Lalaina brings with her exceptional skill to ensure the growth of GoTech.

Ruben is our gregarious head of business development. Ruben has been with GoTech for just over six years. Ruben has extensive knowledge of the local Malagasy market and with years of accumulated experience he has his finger on the pulse of all the changes rapidly occurring. Fully understanding our solutions and services and with a keen technical mind Ruben Morphs from business development to consultant with no difficulty. A graduate from the prestigious business school ISCAM, Ruben went on to secure a double masters degree from University of Savoie Mont Blanc Ruben is well poised to lead our sales and commercial efforts in Madagascar.

Malalatina began her career at GoTech five years as a commercial and worked her way into the management team through hard work and dedication. With a knack for creating the perfect customer experience Malalatiana is responsible for ensuring that all client relationships are managed and that the commercial team are ensuring face time with GoTech Clients. She also has responsibility for ensuring our client after sales support and collaborates with our IT support and engineering team for after sales service delivery. As a member of the management team she has greatly contributed to the improvement of our client service process while helping our IT support and engineering team to gain efficiency. Prior to joining GoTech Malalatiana spent three years at Uditech as a Commercial.

Updesh has a strong network and Security background and brings over 5 years of international experience to GoTech LTD. His extensive experience in design, implementation and management of high value projects is critical as he focuses on building and consolidating the GoTech engineering teams. He is responsible for driving GoTech Technology strategy and executing all technology initiatives. Updesh started his career with GoTech LTD three years ago and prior to that he had an illustrious career with Bishen Infra in India. In addition to his technical skills Updesh is known for his work ethic and attention to detail. He is an avid student of the latest changes in technology and contributes to the education of young engineers. He spends his free time exploring the natural beauty of his local area.
